Jonathan Jacob, MPA

Jonathan Jacob joined Catholic Family & Community Services as the PQI/Accreditation and Data Director. He previously worked in a similar role with CFCS from 2016-2018, and then worked in quality assurance at another agency within the non-profit world largely focusing on investigatory and auditing work as it relates to the Developmentally Disabled population.

He earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 2015 from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University in 2010. "I have a passion for helping others, and I am excited to continue to do that in this role at CFCS. I am happy to be back."
