Policies & Procedures and Handbook

DPD Users Follow These Steps:
If you have a dpd.org e-mail address you must first follow the steps below:
 

1. If you are logged in to a personal microsoft account, sign out first.  You should only be logged in to your work account before starting these steps.
2. Check if you already have access by clicking here: P&P AND HANDBOOK
3. If you can't access using the button above, follow the remaining steps:
4. Click this link to access the My Access Portal: My Access Portal
5. Click the circle next to "Catholic Charities Policy & Procedures and Handbook" to select it.
6. Click the "+ Request Access" button.
7. A box will open on the right side of the page, you can leave the defaults blank, click the accept check box and click "Submit"
8. You will receive an e-mail within a few minutes notifying you that you have been granted access.  You can click the link in the e-mail to open the site or you can come back here and click the "Policies & Procedures and Handbook" button above.
9. If prompted to "Review Permissions" click Accept.
10. Use this button to access:  Handbook and Policies - DPD ONLY
11. You now have permenant access to the Policies & Procedure sharepoint site, in the future you can skip these steps and just click the "Policies & Procedures and Handbook" button above to access the site.  You can also book mark the site for easier future access.
